One of the biggest takeaways from maintaining my goal weight for over a year is that tracking helps. I do not possess any fancy fitness devices such as a smart watch or Fitbit, so the data I collected came from various apps on my cellular device.
My activity, food intake, cycle, and step activity was recorded on different apps, so I consolidated the data by creating this fitness planner where I can easily input, track, and assess insights based on my food consumption and activity level. I've provided a downloaded version below. The planner is simply a skeleton. It's effectiveness is based on how you personalize it. You tailor the planner based on your personal exercise goals, meal plan, caloric intake, and other variables to help you accomplish your fitness goals. Whether that be to drink more water a day, maintain a caloric deficit, or increase your daily steps to 10,000. This can all be visualized in the planner!
